As a global team of 20,000 people, it is critical that everyone understands our objectives and our long-term goals. For this reason, we have developed the Trainee Programme to introduce talented people to the corporate world of ECCO.
The Trainee Programme combines the practical aspects of international business affairs with a strong theoretical foundation. Trainees are challenged and are expected to work independently with their own projects. To run a global company you need people with a global mindset. Therefore we encourage all trainees to explore new cultures and countries through expatriation in our subsidiaries around the world.
The Trainee Programme introduces you to the corporate world of ECCO and gives you a unique opportunity to work in various departments across the entire value chain. Through this you will acquire invaluable experience and develop skills and a large network that will aid in building your future career.
The above is one of the main reasons why I decided to join ECCO’s Trainee Programme when I began my professional career. I have learned a great deal from my time with ECCO, and today I can look back at a long list of invaluable experiences.
