I am completely dissapointed in Ecco after the this pair. Laces are slippery and were torn in 1 month. Latex sole was rubbed off in 4 months. Seams start to disperse in 4 months also. The seam under the lacing starts to get worn out next day from the shop. All above is under moderate city usage. The website look of shoe is great, but, I suppose, I will never come back to Ecco again.

Looks great and wears great too. I would've given this shoe a 5, but the leather shoelaces broke pretty early on. Improve that and you've got a killer shoe.

As Matt suggested the laces of mine are close to breaking and I snapped a pair of laces when trying them on in the shop. Does anyone know where replacement laces can be found?

It looks like we have all had the same problem. The laces snapped the first time I put the shoes on. Otherwise a really comfortable and stylish shoe

I agree with the rest of the posters. Great shoes. Very comfortable. I get lots of comments on them. Only downside is that my laces broke after only a couple of uses. called the store where I bought them and they offered to replace at no charge. Great Ecco service and support.

Great shoes very comfortable. Worth the extra money. I have ecco shoes that are 5 years old and they still look good. Also they are made in Europe and don't have toxic materials.

Got a pair of these, they were immediatly "the" best fitting shoe out of the box. I have always had good luck with ECCO, but after six months the stitching is unraveling on this shoe, and it just doesn't seem the usual quality of ECCO.

Lovley comfortable shoes but after six months of moderate wear the beige part of the latax sole started to separate from the black part. They appear to be inferior to other ecco shoes that I have owned and I received no reply when I emailed the customer service people in Dublin Ireland.

Same problem with the laces as every other post and the left shoe is stating to unravel. I agree that they are the most comfortable shoe I've worn at work. ECCO...buy stronger laces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
