Theoretical Training through ECCO

As an ECCO Trainee, over the course of the training period you will complete university courses by distance learning and receive a postgraduate diploma in Management Studies. Your postgraduate studies may involve a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to management, strategy, finance, marketing, communication and leadership.

The ECCO Trainee Programme also offers additional courses of study in Footwear Design, including subjects such as design, footwear CAD/CAM and footwear technology.

The purpose of the training is to enable the trainee to work independently in the analysis, planning and implementation of solutions in national as well as international business.
