Graduate Programme Description

The Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme combining hands-on work in production and on-the-job training in two departments in ECCO Headquarters and one sales subsidiary.

Year 1:
You will receive training in ECCO Headquarters in Denmark combined with work in one of ECCO’s production units.

Year 2:
You will work in ECCO Headquarters in Denmark combined with work in one of ECCO’s sales subsidiaries.

As a graduate trainee, you will have the opportunity to receive soft skill personal development training, preparing you for possible future project management or managerial positions.
