EITE

EITE (ECCO International Trainee Education) is a 3-year programme combining travel, work, study and hands-on production experience that brings you out into the global network of a world leading company.

Year 1:
Thailand, Indonesia, China or Slovakia. You will experience every step in the production process - from start to finish. You will also receive local language training when you are abroad.

Year 2:
Denmark. You will work in one or two of ECCO’s core business departments such as Production, Finance, Legal, Branding, Design, Marketing, Sales and Retail, gaining valuable skills and experience. 

Year 3:
The world! You will work within one of ECCO’s subsidiaries.

Throughout the programme, you will have a “real” job position with your own responsibilities and be considered an equal among your colleagues.
