To illustrate the truly international character of ECCO, you need look no further than the extended ECCO family. With more than 17,000 employees from over 50 countries, ECCO is a genuine multinational business, a mix of nationalities, cultures, languages and backgrounds. ECCO’s Danish headquarters alone is home to people from more than 20 nations.

Almost all employees at ECCO’s headquarters, and many across the world, have attended our “cow to shoe” induction courses where all participants learn how to make their own shoes. As a result, they gain true insight into the complexity of shoemaking and a profound respect for our colleagues in ECCO’s production units. Moreover, ECCO offers its employees advanced professional courses and, wherever possible, prefers to promote from within the company. By doing so, we enhance the sense of family and ensure that our people and products remain at the heart of our business.
