ECCO Internal Learning

We believe in our people and want to see them develop their talents and advance in their career. We continually seek internal talent that is ready for the next step in their career, and many of our jobs are filled by advancing current employees. ECCO has developed a series of internal programmes to support the continuous learning and improved performance of ECCO employees across all cultures in the ECCO Group.

ECCO Global Certificate in Business Administration (ECCO Global CBA)
The ECCO Global CBA provides insight into organisational management across all functions and throughout our organisational network. The CBA is an academic postgraduate qualification which takes nine months to complete.

The Global CBA workshops are held in USA, China and ECCO Headquarters in Denmark. The programme consists of modules such as Analysing Strategy, Strategic Marketing, Sales and Retail, Business Finance and Supply Chain.

ECCO International Development Programme (EIDP)
Having a strong group of future leaders is critical to our ongoing success. The purpose of the EIDP is to train and develop managers and specialists for recruitment throughout the ECCO Group in connection with placements, succession or as part of individual development plans.

Every 12 months, a new group of managers and specialists receives training in the value chain and other organisational issues. The programme comprises two workshops in Denmark and Thailand. Strategy, Business Finance, Design, Sales and Retail, and LEAN are among the topics covered by the programme.
