We offer a combination of training and work assignments to help our employees develop the necessary leadership skills for performing effectively in a variety of workplaces.

We encourage employees at all levels to continually develop effective leadership skills, regardless of their level in our organisation. We encourage our leaders to think differently in order to lead, motivate and inspire their teams and to take responsibility for the success of our organisation.

Global Leadership
ECCO develops future leaders on a global basis, drawing from our diverse resources. We show a strong commitment to develop our employees through work assignments, on-the-job experience, and focused training and education. We are currently developing a process for managing global leadership succession to help identify and develop the next generation of talented leaders.
