ECCO International trainees graduated

In August 2007 a group of four young employees graduated from ECCO’s international trainee programme (EITE) and spread out to work for ECCO all around the world. The EITE programme is a three year long trainee programme. During the first year of the programme the trainees work their way through the entire workflow in one of ECCO’s production subsidiaries. During the second year the trainees work with one of the core business areas at ECCO headquarters in Denmark. During the third year the trainees travel abroad again to work in one of ECCO’s production or sales subsidiaries.

Today, the trainees who graduated in August are part of ECCO’s global organization on several continents. Daniel Bjørnhof is stationed with ECCO Thailand, where he works in logistics with planning. Jacob Axelsen is junior product manager in Men’s branding in ECCO HQ, Denmark and Thomas Knudsen works as a Retail Coordinator for ECCO in Warsaw. Elsebeth Clausen lives in Sydney, where she works for ECCO as a team leader in distribution and warehouse.
