Mogens Munk-Rasmussen is new member of the board
Mogens Munk-Rasmussen, former group chief executive of Nykredit, has today been elected member of the Supervisory Board of ECCO Sko A/S.
Chairperson of the Supervisory Board Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak says: ”We are very pleased that Munk-Rasmussen accepted our invitation to join the Supervisory Board. His vast experience and competence in combination with his great personality will strengthen the Supervisory Board as well as the company that is experiencing a significant period of growth. It is a very good time to include Munk-Rasmussen in ECCO’s top management”.
Apart from Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak, ECCO’s Supervisory Board consists of Vice Chairman Karsten Borch, Supervisory Board member Torsten Rasmussen and the three representatives elected by the employees Aage Andersen, Jakob Møller Hansen and Bernd Scheelke.
