Learning, Values & Principles - a hands-on experience
“Learning by doing” is a very important concept of the EITE programme. ECCO Sko A/S has a strong belief in hands-on experience. We believe that the best ways of learning is by working in a real environment on a daily basis. Success comes from experience and knowledge, from observing, interacting and learning from others. We provide trainees with knowledge and tools to handle and identify everyday challenges yet we motivate our trainees to obtain their own experiences and learn from them. Through job-rotation our trainees will become acquainted with various areas and departments within the organisation. This means that the trainee will obtain thorough knowledge of the organisation and the cultural values as well as principles.
