ECCO International Trainee Education
Educational Structure
The EITE programme combines the practical aspects of international business with a theoretical toolbox.
During your first year you will work with the entire workflow of the shoe production in one of our units in Europe or Asia. You will achieve profound hands-on experience by working in the production and production-related areas.
The second year will be spent at ECCO headquarters in Denmark where you will work in depth with one or more of the core business areas.
At your third year you will work abroad in an area of the business in one of the production or sales units of ECCO Sko A/S.
During all three years, starting from February first year, the programme is emphasized by theoretical studies via distance learning. Over a two and a half year period you will receive a formal educational qualification – Higher National Diploma in Business - from Brighton University.
