ECCO International Trainee Education
Each year ECCO Sko A/S offers a group of selected trainees the opportunity to develop personally and professionally while expanding horizons and experiencing diverse and interesting cultures.
To become an EITE trainee you must be ambitious, hardworking, energetic and responsible. You must have a desire to travel, experience different cultures and be adventurous. During the EITE programme you will face challenges, push your limits, improve your skills, assume responsibility and achieve strong results.
The training programme is spread over 3 years. The selected EITE trainees begin their training in August each year and end their education 3 years later end of July.
