Expatriation
The world is a global market, and as a global workplace ECCO Sko A/S needs/offers expatriation periods. Expatriation is thus a natural and important experience in the EITE programme.
Graduates who choose a career abroad often apply based on geographical location since the organisation is represented in more than 68 countries worldwide. However, other graduates may decide to apply for a position based on a more business-specific request. It is very much up to the individual to decide, and often the decision is made in cooperation with ECCO Headquarters in Denmark.
